RENJI LABS / The private family journal

Kaiary

The little moments. A place to keep them.

Kaiary brings your family’s photos, words, voices, and milestones together in a private journal. AI helps you find the memories you already have and add the details a photo alone can’t hold.

Inside Kaiary

Everything a family memory needs.

01 / The journal

A sentence counts. So does a laugh.

Write a quick thought or a whole journal entry. Put photos and video beside the words, along with the date, the people and the place.

Tell Kaiary what happened with a voice memory.
Keep the sound itself as an audio recording: a bedtime song, a laugh, a story told their way.
Mark the moments that matter most as milestones.

02 / Photos and faces

Every photo, understood.

Kaiary captions every photo with who, what and where, and optional face recognition learns who’s who. Find any moment by person, place, date or what happened.

Magic Import searches the photos you choose, right on your iPhone. It looks for people and groups moments by day, and nothing is uploaded during the search.
Browse Everyone or Kids. Near-duplicates, documents and less useful shots are set aside, and you can still see them.
Keep using Kaiary while it imports. On supported iPhones, a Live Activity shows progress on your Lock Screen.

03 / Ask Kaiary

Ask in your own words.

Ask Kaiary searches the family memories you have access to, then follows the answer back to the memory it came from.

Ask Kaiary is part of the Kaiary Family subscription.
Family Keepers choose which invited members can use it.

04 / Storybook pages

A real moment, retold as a storybook page.

Start with a memory and let Kaiary turn it into an illustrated storybook page. The words and the original memory keep their place beside it.

Name the people in your photos with optional face recognition, or add people and describe how they look.
Kaiary paints each person’s storybook likeness. Review it, and paint again if it isn’t quite them.
Illustrations are made with AI: a creative retelling of the moment, yours to review.

05 / Ways back

Many ways back to a memory.

Browse your calendar, revisit On This Day, and see the little changes that are easy to miss while you’re living them.

Explore memories by place, by person or in collections.
Memory prompts and a streak help you build a small habit of keeping.
Choose the notifications that work for you.

06 / Family sharing

Shared only with the people you choose.

An email code brings family into your private journal. Give each person a role, then choose who sees each memory.

Keepers keep the journal with you. Contributors can add photos and videos. Viewers enjoy what’s shared with them.
Audiences are lists you can share with, like the grandparents or the whole family.
Review members’ photos before the family sees them.
